About the Journal

The journal welcomes research articles, systematic reviews, meta-analyses, case studies, and theoretical essays. Qualitative, quantitative, and mixed-methods approaches are all encouraged. Submissions must be original, unpublished, and not under review elsewhere. Standard length: up to 10,000 words, with an abstract of 200–250 words and up to 6 keywords.

  • Advance psychological science in organizational contexts — publish rigorous empirical and theoretical work on cognition, emotion, motivation, personality, and behaviour as they unfold in workplace and institutional settings.

  • Bridge research and practice — produce insights directly applicable to human resource management, leadership development, organizational design, and employee wellbeing.

  • Foster interdisciplinary dialogue — encourage cross-disciplinary collaboration across psychology, management, sociology, communication studies, and behavioural economics.

  • Reflect global diversity — amplify research from varied cultural, national, and institutional contexts, recognizing that organizational behaviour is shaped by social and historical conditions.

  • Engage with contemporary challenges — address emerging issues such as remote work, AI in the workplace, generational change, mental health at work, and organizational resilience.
